A mahogany dining table with 8 chairs and 2 Hepplewhite style armchairs with two turned pedestals on sabre legs.
It has been recently upholstered, but the wood has some minor wear and tear. The table should be sanded and varnished.

George Hepplewhite (1727-1786) was a British furniture designer and manufacturer who left his name to a style of elegant furniture that was fashionable between 1775 and 1800.
Its distinctive shield-shaped back, inspired mainly by Roman designs, is lighter and more delicate than that of its contemporary Thomas Chippendale.
